Vinyasa yoga is used as the foundation for this class that combines traditional yoga postures, breath, strength exercises, and mobility work to create a practice that will give you a better understanding of how your body moves. Get ready to explore your movement blind-spots, build strength, and increase your active range of motion. Move better on your mat and in your daily life!
